The need to build and maintain trust is paramount for our client whose service relies and multiple parties being able to selectively access information securely. The information is sensitive and often comes in large files. Using email was recognised as being sub optimal.
By enabling multiple third parties to share information in folders that had specific access control number of tasks required to distribute information was significantly reduced. All permitted parties were working from the same information and the automatic notification ensured all parties were up to date. Self service including identity and signing further reduced lag times
Was generated from increased efficiency,reduced lag time between tasks and reduced error rates. The firms brand was extended to daily operations and offering a secure portal as an upgrade to email enabled the firm to build client trust more quickly
